I’m a commercial design creative based in Melbourne, working across product, service and systems design.

I’m currently a Senior Product Designer at VicRoads, where I design digital and physical product experiences for complex commercial and mobility services.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across toll roads, weather, data products and government-adjacent services. The common thread has been helping people make sense of complex systems, through clearer interfaces, better journeys, stronger design systems and strategic design direction.

More recently, I’ve been investing time in full-stack development and engineering to better understand how designed experiences become scalable, multi-brand systems. I’m interested in the space between design and implementation: where interaction, accessibility, scalability and product experience meet.

I’m also building a WRITING habit.

If you’ve arrived here through work, a mutual friend or another circle, thanks for exploring. You’re welcome to say hello.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Transurban across toll-road web and app experiences and customer journeys. That work helped shaped how I think about digital products as part of broader service ecosystems, not just screens.

At the Bureau of Meteorology, Australia’s national weather bureau, I worked across the website, mobile app and enterprise data platforms. I helped redesign customer experiences, establish accessible design systems and create data-rich products for people and businesses across Australia.

At VicRoads, I led the research, design and launch of the organisation’s first commercial product, the Vehicle History Report, across web and physical touch points. I also led the research, design and implementation of the new VicRoads website, which I'm continuously evolving and improving with my team. I've also worked across large commercial initiatives in both B2B and B2C spaces, as well as the Custom Plates experience and developer and enterprise data platforms.

Outside of design work, I’ve been fortunate to speak at institutions such as the Melbourne University School of Human-Computer Interaction and work with Notion as an ambassador. Some of that lives in the WORK.
